End of last week, an interview took place w/respect to the current
situation. The text is relating to the response of the Town Hall, the
illegality of the factory, with production without all required
licenses. Closed temporarily by the Town Hall in december, and since
then, we are fighting constantly against the plant; we demand to
dismantle/remove it. The revisión de oficio is the last administrational
procedure, to reverse the given urbanistic compatibility into
incompatibility, which will make it impossible to produce in that
location. After this, the battle will continue in court, if necessary.

continue to fight against a contaminating plant, which destroys our
town, our valley, our health, environment and our life.
Eind vorige week vond een interview plaats over de situatie m.b.t.
asfaltfabriek. Zie hieronder de link. De tekst gaat over de ontvangst
v/d reactie van de gemeente m.b.t. de bezwaarschriften; waarbij de
gemeente ons standpunt huldigt over de illegaliteit v/d fabriek in de
steengroeve omdat alle verplichte vergunningen ontbreken. We strijden nu
al maanden tegen de fabriek en eisen dat ze afgebroken wordt en
vertrekt. De fabriek is stilgelegd op last van de gemeente in december.
De revisión de oficio is de laatste administratieve procedure die
ingezet kan worden; hierin zal de gemeente de afgegeven compatibiliteit
v/urbanisatie moeten wijzigen in incompatibiliteit, waardoor productie
in de groeve onmogelijk wordt. De volgende stap, indien nodig, is de
rechtsgang. A.u.b. verspreid deze info in uw netwerk; wij allen moeten
blijven strijden tegen een fabriek die gevaarlijk/schadelijk is voor
ons, ons dorp, dal, onze gezondheid, ons milieu en ons leven.

situación de planta asfalto aglomerado. Por favor distribuyelo en sus
redes sociales. Para que todos seguimos luchar contra la planta asfalto
aglomerado, tan contaminante y peligroso para nosotros, nuestro
pueblo/valle, nuestra salud, el medio ambiente y nuestra vida.
La
Plataforma de Vecinos de Hondón de las Nieves y Alrededores ya tiene
respuesta del Ayuntamiento en referencia a las alegaciones presentadas
en contra de la planta de aglomerado asfáltico Levantina de mezclas
Bituminosas, por considerarla ilegal y no tener de las licencias
necesarias. Los vecinos llevan meses luchando por que la planta desaloje
las inmediaciones de la zona residencial. La planta que comenzó, un
periodo de pruebas, tuvo que ser cerrada cautelarmente. Ahora la batalla
se libra en papeles y la plataforma agotará, dicen, todas las vías
administrativas.
